House Parents Position: How to Apply

Casa Esperanza of Angels – Philippine Mission is currently seeking couple (magtiayon) applicants for the position of House Parents in our orphan care facility in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental.
 
Unsa ang Trabaho sa House Parents?

Ang House Parents maoy magabantay ug mag-amuma sa mga bata sa among child care facility isip ilang mga ginikanan samtang nagapuyo sila sa sa among pasilidad. Mapinanggaon ug mga bata, pasensiyoso, interesado nga makita ang mga bata nga molampus sa kinabuhi, adunay dedikasyon, responsable, matinud-anon, ug maantigong makisama sa mga katrabaho.

Ang among gikinahanglan para niining trabaho sa House Parents mao ang usa ka Kristiyanong magtiayon (legally married couple) nga andam mopuyo ug motrabaho diri sa among child care/orphanage facility sa Tanjay City, Negros Oriental.

This is a Full time position.

 

Qualifications

The job of the house parents at our facility is a full-time position with salary and benefits. The following are the qualifications and responsibilities:

  • Married Christian couple. Only a happily married couple may apply for this position. Kasado nga Kristianong magtiayon.
  • Members of the church of Christ (preferred).
  • No children or have grown biological children (preferred). Walay mga anak o dagko na ang mga anak.
  • Must be willing to live on site full time (except days off). Andam mopuyo sa among pasilidad sa Tanjay, Negros Oriental.
  • Full government mandated benefits plus housing/food/water/other benefits. Magadawat ug suweldo ug kumpleto nga benepisyo.
  • Experienced in managing/disciplining children (required). Maantigong moatiman ug modisplina ug mga bata.
  • Must have a love of children, must be patient, must have a genuine interest to see children succeed in life, dedicated, dependable, responsible, honest, “team player”. Mapinanggaon ug mga bata, pasensiyoso, interesado nga makita ang mga bata nga molampus sa kinabuhi, adunay dedikasyon, responsable, matinud-anon, ug maantigong makisama.

    About the House Parents Position

    The House Parents are an essential part of our orphanage/child care facility. This is a full-time job at CEA and as such, the house parents are entitled to receive a monthly salary and all benefits mandated by law.

    Usa kini ka full-time nga trabaho, mao nga ang mapiling house parents magadawat ug binulang suweldo ug kumpletong benepisyo isip empleyado (SSS, Pag-ibig, free housing, food allowance, etc.)

    Para niining posisyon, ang among gipangita ang mga edarang magtiayon nga walay anak o dagko na ang ilang mga anak. Tungod kay kini trabaho nga magabantay sa mga bata ug mo-akatar kanila isip tinuod nilang ginikanan, ang magtiayong house parents among gikinahanglan nga mopuyo sa among child care facility dinhi sa Tanjay, Negros Oriental.
