The CEA children have returned to school after a summer packed with activities. We have 18 elementary students and 11 high school students. Our high school students have been transferred to another school and they are happy with the new learning environment.
We have received some donations towards new transportation (minibus) for the children, however we still lack enough to make a purchase. We still lack $45,000 to purchase a new bus with a capacity of 30 people.
Thank you to those who have donated thus far towards this much needed vehicle.
Construction Update
We are happy with the progress on our “CEA Learning Center” construction project. We have also finally completed the permitting process only lacking the final fire inspection upon completion and Certificate of Occupancy.
The roof framing is nearly finished, and we will be ordering the roofing material, facia, and gutters soon. The rest of our crew is finishing our window openings in advance of ordering the windows. The rough in plumbing is complete and excavation for the septic tank is completed and it will be built soon.
We are getting quotes for the installation of audio/visual equipment, internet wiring for our computer lab, and the electrical system.
There is still a lot to complete for the building to be fully functional, so we are asking for your help.
Please consider a donation towards this much needed building if you are able.
A HUGE thank you to all of you that have already donated! It is going to be such a blessing to our daily operations and will help us meet the requirements for accreditation.

A Hint of Christmas in the Air!
Christmas will be here before you know it! We have already seen a few hints of Christmas coming into the stores here. And with all these children to buy gifts for… we have already started!
Each year we purchase equal value gifts for all the children. Their gifts may be different, but the monetary value is the same or very close for each child. This is to make it all fair and equal for everyone.
We do not encourage anyone to send the children gifts from overseas. The shipping is quite expensive and unreliable.
We ask for a small increase in your monthly donations, if you are able, to cover the additional cost of gifts and a Christmas party for the children…$5 – $10 is adequate per child. The children are ALWAYS excited for this time of year!
Philippians 4:6-7
6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
