Gigi and I are finalizing plans for a trip to the US after being away for over 3 years! We will be in the US from May 4 thru June 12. We will be reporting to a select/ limited number of churches about our progress over these last three years.
We wish we could stay longer and visit with more donors/churches, but the CEA children will be finishing up the school year and out for their summer break. We will have a full schedule of tutoring, as well as fun activities for the children during their summer vacation.
We hope to acquire more child sponsors during our US trip as we continue to increase the number of children under our care. We will soon reach maximum capacity for the two children’s homes currently operational.
We also hope to receive donations toward construction projects, infrastructure projects, and other needs as we continue to expand our facility and work.
Please pray for safe travels for us and generous donations to keep the mission moving forward.
Construction Update
Despite brutal heat lately our construction crew forges ahead with the “CEA Learning Center” construction.
Slabs & most columns are poured, and block walls are going up! Next will be beams and roof construction.
We are excited to see this building coming to fruition as it is greatly needed. Construction still has a long way to go and then we will need to furnish it, construct our computer lab/library shelving, equip and stock the clinic. Once completed we will use the building’s 4 large classroom spaces for worship services, birthday parties, movie nights, seminars, tutorials, and so much more!

VBS Experts Search
We are hoping we can find some VBS experts to come to the Philippines and conduct VBS for the CEA children and children in our community. We currently do not have a full-time minister on staff and we are stretched thin on staff capable of planning and executing such an event.
If you, or someone you know, might be interested in coming to the Philippines for a week to conduct a VBS we would be interested in talking with you! Time frame would be sometime between July 1 to Sept. 1…we are flexible.
Candidates must be versatile, creative, and able to work in a challenging environment as resources are limited, and the climate of the Philippines can be a bit brutal at times. However, the rewards of sharing the “Good News” to others is priceless!
Matthew 28: 18-20
