Happy New Year! | CEA January 2025 Newsletter

A new year has begun, and we wish you all a blessed and prosperous 2025! Thank you for your generosity in making this past year at CEA wonderful and the Christmas holidays special for our CEA children.

They are truly blessed and well cared for, thanks to all of you!

While we were disappointed to have discharged two children from the facility in 2024, we were happy to have added 6 new children to those already in our care. We still have 9 empty beds we hope to fill in 2025 to bring our total number of children up to 40.

The new year has brought us struggles already having lost 3 employees seeking work elsewhere, but we are praying for good people with a heart for the children to fill those positions.

Construction Update – Staff/Visitor Housing

The staff/visitor housing project progress slowed during the holidays as our construction crew took time to enjoy the holidays, but the work began anew with the new year.

Philippians 3:13-14

13Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
