Construction Update
Georgia and I are now living in the first children’s home and completing many small projects for the home. We have built closet cabinets for two of the children’s rooms, installed soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms, installed curtains (donated), and purchased some of the many small items to make the home functional.
We are thrilled to have reached this stage in our work on the Orphan Care program of Casa Esperanza of Angels Philippine Mission by God’s grace and mercy. In a few months, we will be opening the doors of the orphanage and soon this house will be home to orphaned and abandoned children from the Philippines. Thank you so much for your continued support, we wouldn’t have reached this point without your help.
January Visitors / Events
We were very happy to have our parents (Ron & Pat Brown), Larry Judd (Ooltewah church of Christ, in the Chattanooga, TN area), Elmer & Ruby Palacio (BOD members/Babag church of Christ, Mactan Island) visit with us and complete another community outreach event!
The community outreach activity held last January 24, 2019 was a huge success despite the intermittent downpour. We were able to distribute food and grocery items as well as clothing (thanks Larry Judd and Ooltewah church of Christ congregation) and school materials to several neighboring indigent families.
Our hope and prayer is that someday soon, we will also be able to provide for the spiritual needs of this community as we work to establish a church of Christ congregation and worship center here at Casa Esperanza of Angels.
More Photos of our outreach event will be posted on Facebook and our website:

Website Revamp
In the coming weeks we will be working on our website, www.casaesperanzaofangels, to better inform visitors to the site about the full scope of our vision, core mission programs, and ongoing projects and how you can get involved!
Child Sponsors
We would like for you all to prayerfully consider the sponsoring of a Filipino child at Casa Esperanza of Angels.
In the coming months we will begin operations and we need committed sponsors for each child. Start the new year off by a commitment to give HOPE to a child in need!
We suggest a monthly commitment of $35, but any amount that fits into your budget will be greatly appreciated. It is likely most children will need to have multiple sponsors to meet the full financial needs of each child.
Thank you for your consideration of this request!

4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
